The griddle and side burners can reach a total of 46，000 BTUs， with the griddle reaching as high as 12，000 and the side burners reaching up to 17，000 each. This combo is made with 304 grade stainless steel， with a U-burner under the griddle and two brass cast burners under the cooking grates， and is designed for long-lasting use and durability. The removable grates come as two pieces， and are designed to provide stability for pots and woks of all sizes without the need for adjusting them. The Side Burners also features a removable drip tray that catches any grease or drippings. As a safety feature， intuitive LED lights in the knob bezels glow white when the grill is on and orange when the burner is lit.
