From the underside of the seat cover， clip together the two long flexible straps UNDER the car seat. At the rear of the seat cover， slide both retainer clips on the flexible straps ALL THE WAY THROUGH the JUNCTURE of the back cushion and the bottom cushion of the car seat so that they appear BEHIND the car seat. At the front of the seat cover， pull the two hooks down and fasten under the seat tightly (This step is optional).
