Like all Ooni pizza ovens, the Fyra heats up to a blazing hot 932 degrees F, the perfect temperature for cooking a pizza lightning fast. Once the pellets are ignited, the oven interior reaches temperature in just 15 minutes. The 12-inch cordierite baking stone gets hot and holds heat, creating a perfectly crispy crust every time. The patented Flame Keeper keeps the heat inside the oven, keeping waste heat to an absolute minimum. The durable powder coated carbon steel body is packed with ceramic fiber insulation to retain heat, and at the same time protect the oven from the weather and the intense heat generated inside.
