The Trade-Wind Stainless Steel Barbecue Grill Hood features three speed control of the two internal blowers that deliver up to 2300 CFM. The hood is made of heavy duty， 22-gauge 304-grade stainless steel for long life in outdoor kitchens. Variable halogen lighting illuminates the cooking surface allowing for better visibility at night， bulbs are included， while a generous 32-inch depth will cover the grilling surface. For ease of maintenance， the stainless steel baffle grease filters are dishwasher safe. This hood has two 10-inch discharge collars and requires 10-inch duct-work that is convertible for top and rear discharge.
